Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Product must be unused and in its original condition.

• All accessories, components, tags, manuals, and packaging must be included.

• Product must be returned in its original packaging.

Return Request Requirements

To initiate a return, customers must provide:

• Clear images of the product and packaging.

• A video showing the issue (mandatory for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products).

Return requests without supporting images and videos may not be approved.

Free Returns

• Return pickup is free for approved returns.

• No return shipping charges will be deducted.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and successfully passes quality inspection.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

• Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.

• COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If

• The request is raised after 7 days of delivery.

• The product has been used, damaged, altered, or is missing parts.

• Original packaging is unavailable.

• The claim cannot be supported with the required images/video.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders can only be returned as per the above policy.
